Returns

You may return products within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase (for cash on delivery orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or as agreed).
Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
